How to Start a Startup
Sam Altman, president of YCombinator, recently announced that he’ll be teaching a class (CS183B) at Stanford titled How to Start a Startup. The class will consist of lectures by influential and successful tech leaders, including Paul Graham, Peter Thiel, and Marissa Mayer.
The great thing about this class is that all the lecture videos, assignments, and reading materials will be uploaded online for anyone to access. It’s certainly not limited to Stanford students, and by making the content available to all, it will help teach and inspire entrepreneurs to startup.
Sam encourages that students from other universities participate as well, so the team at YCombinator have selected Startup Class Leaders who will help organize viewing sessions and discussions at their respective universities.
